One-Line Bio

A "left-brain" man with many "right-brain" tendencies who loves his wife and looks forward to creating time and financial freedom with her, thereby allowing us to live a life of service to others.

Biography

I wanted to be an architect but couldn't afford the tuition. So what does an aspiring but deprived architect do? Well this one joined the Air Force right out of high school and learned electronics. I left the Niagara Falls area for duty stations in San Antonio, TX (12-months), Warner Robbins, GA (24-months), and the Philippine Islands (18-months). I know that doesn't add up to 4-years, but that's another story that concerns my run-in with international law.

I had one previous marriage before I met my REAL eternal partner, Kristina ("God Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flats describes our situation very well). During the first marriage I co-created 2 wonderful boys (now men) who were born in 1977 and 1982. I also earned a degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and spent 23-years in corporate America as a customer service manager in the copier and fax industry.

While still in corporate America, I earned my real estate license in 1999 and left to become a full-time Realtor. I cut my teeth on "creative financing" transactions dealing with lease-purchases and wrap-around mortgages. I began real estate investing with short sales in early 2002 and soon progressed to buying homes to flip at the public auction (yes, I have my share of stories like all investors do; have a look at my photo albums). I am fortunate and blessed enough to have always made money on every deal. I began helping other real estate investors and have enjoyed all the challenges and rewards along the way.

My 2nd (and FINAL) wife for all of eternity is Kristina. We have been married since August of 2006. I could write volumes about her wonderful qualities, but that is not why you are here. Kristina and I are preparing for our future by creating multiple streams of income. We hope and plan to retire early so we can relax and help others along the way. And there is the reason for this blog. I hope you enjoy reading it and I look forward to your contributions.

Happy foreclosure hunting!
